We check for birds and active nests, then propose netting, anti-perching systems, closing access points and cleaning affected areas. Routine exclusion work does not disturb active nests.

Pigeons, snakes, bees and wasps
Snakes and reptiles
We secure the area, identify the species and reduce entry points, shelter and food sources. Capture or relocation is considered only when lawful, with competent specialists and any necessary approvals.
Bees
We cordon off the area and, where appropriate, arrange collection or relocation of a swarm through a beekeeper or specialist partner. Destroying swarms is not offered as a routine service.
Wasps
We assess the nest and exposure of people, secure the area and plan safe nest control, using authorised methods and products where applicable.

A response that follows species protection rules
Birds, nests and some reptiles have legal protection. We identify the species and check the situation before acting. Capture, relocation or other measures requiring a derogation take place only under the applicable conditions and approvals.
For other situations involving birds or animals, tell us what you have seen. We will assess suitable measures or direct you to a competent specialist.
